Booking Policy & Salon Rules

Deposit Requirement

• All appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Guests Policy

• No additional guests, including friends or children, unless they are being serviced.
• No pets allowed.

Late Policy

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to rebook, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Accepted Payments

• All appointments and rentals must be paid online at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. No cash payments are accepted on site unless previously arranged.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• No-call, no-shows will forfeit the $50 deposit and will not be allowed to book future appointments.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Wellness & Illness Policy

• If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• You have up to 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule due to illness without penalty.
• Sick clients who arrive for their appointment will be asked to leave and will forfeit their deposit.

Last-Minute Booking

• Need a last-minute spot? Same-day bookings are accepted up to 1 hour before the appointment time, subject to availability.

Flexible options for licensed professionals and beauty students: choose from chair rentals, semi-private suites, or private rooms. All rentals include access to our professional-grade steamer. See pricing & book here.

Rental Policy for Chair & Suite Rentals

• Payment: Full payment is due at time of booking. No space is reserved without payment.
• Rental Includes: Use of professional steamer, access to salon chair or suite, and basic sanitation supplies.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your reserved time.
• Cleanup: Renters must clean their station or suite before leaving. A $25 fee will apply for uncleaned areas.
• Late Arrivals: Time lost due to late arrival will not be extended or refunded.
• Same-Day Bookings: Accepted up to 1 hour before the start time, subject to availability.
• Refund Policy: No refunds. Reschedules are allowed up to 48 hours prior to your booking.
• Conduct: Respectful, professional behavior is required. No guests unless approved.
